As your personal Wellness Educator, I will help you become more fully aware of what is affecting your well being and guide you in making positive impacts on those factors.   As your partner in health, I will listen carefully to your concerns, goals and challenges.  I will help you to navigate the complex world of contradictory health advice to determine what lifestyle changes are best for you.

Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.  If you are motivated to improve your health and well being, this is a life changing program.  Through a deeply supported, holistic learning experience, we will work together to find the path to wellness that best suites you.  

You will discover that the food you eat is only a portion of what affects your total health.  In addition to holistic nutrition, we will discuss thought patterns, movement and exercise, relationsihps, spirituality, career, fears, strengths, and more in regards to truly creating a state of whole health.   


Who I Work With and What I Offer

I work with people who want to make sustainable, healthy changes in their lives. My approach is holistic meaning we look at how all areas of your life are connected and how they related to your overall wellness.  

This program has a strong emphasis on whole food nutrition.  I tend to recommend a direct "from nature to table" approach to food as a general principle. What that means is I most often suggest eating REAL food the majority of the time, simple as that.       

We begin where you are and move forward at a comfortable pace. None of this work is about will power or deprivation. It's all about education, nourishing your entire being, inspiration and respect.

My deepest interest in this specific work is recovering and maintaining digestive health.  The foods you eat can have an amazing impact on improving digestive function. Heath and wellness services focus on a personalized, holistic approach to total health.  In addition to in-depth nutrition and lifestyle information and support, customized plans may also include herbal consultations, individualized yoga instruction, other Eastern movement instruction, Chinese dietary therapy education and more.  

There are a variety of program options available to fit every schedule, budget, and location.  Sessions are offered in person, by phone and online.  Group programs, corporate workshops, and customized classes are also available at your location. 

While I enjoy seeing a wide variety of clients, I specialize in working with women who have fibromyalgia.  Women's fibromyalgia groups are offered at a discounted rate.
